Bill Agee is a businessman and former CEO of various companies including Morrison Knudsen Corporation and Bendix Corporation. He was born on August 26, 1938, in Boise, Idaho, and graduated from Stanford University with a degree in mechanical engineering in 1960. Agee began his career at Boise Cascade Corporation, where he quickly rose to the rank of vice president. In 1970, he became CEO of Bendix Corporation, a position he held until 1981 when he was forced to resign due to a scandal over his relationship with a female executive. Agee later became CEO of Morrison Knudsen Corporation from 1988 to 1994, overseeing the company's transformation into a global engineering and construction firm. He has also served on the boards of directors for various companies, including Dell Inc. and Equifax Inc.
